Open the flange closure. Therefore pull the circular clip towards the direction of the arrow,  until the clip is totally separated. Now, the total lid can be removed. Take out the gummy lid and place the ampoule top on the ampoule. After the ampoule top is engaged, the lid of the ampoule top can be opened.
